BEL HORIZON

The project is located in Adma and it constitutes the extension of Bel Horizon Project. The challenge was how to integrate series of buildings to be read as the extension of the existing constructions while maintaining the general look of Bel Horizon.
12 buildings, 3 to 5 storey each, were implemented in such a way to preserve an open view to the bay of Jounieh and the rocky and natural aspect of the site while ensuring an agreeable mass layout.
With the use of the most important architectural features that are proper to Bel Horizon (i.e. the natural stone, the wood pergolas, the pitched roofs), the private and the common gardens, the wide streets and the walkways, the complex blends nicely with the neighboring buildings and the nearby environment, thus creating a village atmosphere.
